Refunds
If you're not happy, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
How to request one
Email info@snipvio.com from the address on your account and say which plan you bought. You do not need to give a reason.
What happens to your links
Nothing. Refunds move your account back to the free plan, and every link you have already created keeps working, exactly as it would after any cancellation. You may lose access to paid features, never to your links.
Renewals
Cancel at any time from Dashboard → Subscription → Manage billing to stop future charges. If the billing portal will not open for your account, email us and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling keeps your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
